Plans and limits
Your shop is on a plan. The plan sets how much you can hold — products, customers and users — and which features are included. You can see yours, and how much of it you are using, at any time.
Prices are always shown per month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Paying for a year costs less per month, and the plan page tells you how much less.
Seeing where you stand
Open the user menu at the top right and choose My plan.
It shows your plan and price, when it renews, and a usage meter for each limit that is counted. The meters turn amber as you approach a limit and red when you reach it, so you get warning rather than a surprise.
Anyone on your team can see this page. Asking for a change is an admin action, since it is a commercial decision.
What is counted
Three things are counted against your plan:
| Products | Everything in your catalog. |
| Customers | The people and companies you sell to. |
| Users | People on your team with access to the admin panel. Shoppers are never counted. |
That last point is worth repeating: customers signing in to your shop do not use up team seats. Only people you invite to the admin panel do.
Storage and email volume are shown on the page for reference but are not capped — we will talk to you before anything there becomes a problem.
AI credits are different: each plan gives every user a monthly allowance, and a bigger plan gives more. They are spent as you use the assistant and renew at the start of each month. See AI assistance.
Adding resources without changing plan
If you need a little more for a busy month, extra users and extra products can be added to your plan and billed monthly alongside it. Ask, and we set them on your shop.
Two things worth knowing before you do:
- Moving up a plan is usually cheaper than adding resources one by one. The cost estimator on our pricing page says so out loud when that is true for your numbers.
- Extras are added on top of what the plan includes. A negotiated limit agreed with us replaces the plan's number instead.
Running out of AI credits is handled separately: an admin can buy extra credits for one person — 50 credits for €5, good for 30 days — from that person's page under Settings → Employees, or from the AI credits page. They are used only after that person's free monthly allowance, so nothing included is wasted first.
When you reach a limit
You can only be stopped from creating something new. Everything else keeps working: you can read, edit and delete as normal, your shop stays online, and your customers can keep buying.
If you try to add something past the limit, Coready tells you which limit you reached and what you are using, so you know what to do about it.
Two things never fail because of a limit:
- Your shop. A shopper browsing, adding to a basket or checking out is never affected by your plan. It would cost you a sale, which would be an odd way for us to encourage an upgrade.
- Your customers' own accounts. Signing in and managing their details always works.
A bulk import behaves considerately too: rather than failing halfway, it brings in what fits and tells you plainly what it skipped.
If a payment is late
An unpaid invoice does not switch your shop off. You keep working normally while we sort it out — we would rather have the conversation than break a live business.
A subscription that is suspended or cancelled, or one whose term has ended, does stop new records being created. Even then your shop stays online and your data stays yours.
Changing plan
Use Request renewal on the plan page to ask for a renewal or a different plan. It reaches us as a request; we confirm the terms with you and then apply them. Nothing about your billing changes until that conversation has happened.
If you need a limit raised without moving to a different tier, ask — limits can be set for your shop specifically, and extra users or products can be added monthly (see above).
Setup and launch help is billed by the hour, so a launch that takes two hours costs two hours. The Pro plan includes the first ten hours once — setting up your company, importing your products and getting you going in Studio. On Business it is agreed as part of your onboarding.
Studio
Studio, the storefront editor, is included from the Plus plan upward. On a plan without it, it appears in the sidebar greyed out with a lock rather than hidden, so you can see what it would give you.
If your plan changes or your subscription lapses, your shop stays online. You lose the ability to edit it, not the site itself.
