Practical questions before launch
How fast can we launch?
Most stores go live in one to three days. A typical setup and first launch can be completed within 48 hours, because there is no development phase — you configure a platform that is already running.
Can we see it working before signing up?
Yes. Open the demo store — a shop running on Coready, where you can browse the catalog, add to the cart, read the blog and switch language. It is built with the same Studio builder, blocks and storefront every customer gets.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Start plan includes a 7-day free trial with no card required up front. Plus, Pro and Business begin as paid plans, and you can move between plans at any time.
Can we use our own frontend?
Yes. Coready is API-first. You can run the included template storefront, compose pages from blocks in the visual Studio builder, or point a completely custom frontend at the same API.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
You move up a plan. The data, the storefront and the integrations stay exactly where they are — there is no migration and no replatforming, because the limits are the only thing that changes.
Do we pay extra for modules?
No. Modules such as discounts, product matrices, bulk creation, imports and the AI worker are enabled per company at no additional cost. Only storage and email volume are metered.
Can we connect our existing systems?
Yes. There is a documented versioned API, plus a built-in sync with your inventory system and an OpenCart importer for moving an existing catalog across.
Where is our data, and can we get it out?
Your data lives in a managed PostgreSQL database with backups included on every plan, and it is reachable through the same API your storefront uses — so an export is never a support ticket.
What do the one-time services cover?
Setup and launch help, product import, custom website design and custom module development. Setup help is billed by the hour, so a launch that takes two hours costs two hours; the rest are starting estimates. We review the work and confirm a final quote before anything is charged.
