Modules

Turn optional features on and off, and what each one adds to your store.

Not every shop needs every feature. The things only some shops use are packaged as modules — you switch on the ones you want and the rest stay out of your way.

Turning a module on

Open Modules in the sidebar. Each one shows what it does and whether it is currently on.

Switching a module on adds its screens to your sidebar and starts keeping any data it needs. Switching it off hides those screens again. Your catalog, orders and customers are never part of a module, so nothing you rely on day to day can disappear with one.

Turning a module off is not always harmless: an integration that was keeping your stock in step with another system stops doing so the moment it is switched off. Treat it as an operational change rather than a display setting, and tell whoever depends on it.

What is available

Inventory sync

Two-way sync with your inventory or ERP system. Imports your products, categories and counterparties, keeps stock and prices in step, and sends orders placed in your shop back as customer orders. You choose which fields map to which, so your own naming survives the trip.

Editing a product in Coready locks the fields you changed, so the next sync will not overwrite your wording with the version held in the other system.

OpenCart import

Brings an existing OpenCart catalog across, images included, and can send prices back to OpenCart by matching product codes. Useful when you are moving in, and when you are running both for a while.

Bulk product creator

Creates many products and variants at once from a template — you set the pattern for codes and names, and it fills in the combinations. Faster than adding a hundred near-identical items by hand.

Discounts

Quantity breaks: the price per unit falls as the order gets bigger. You set the tiers on a product, and the storefront applies them at checkout automatically.

Matrix

For products that vary along two axes at once — size against colour, length against finish. Generates every combination so you can price and stock each one.

AI Worker

The AI assistant described in What you can do: describe a change in plain language and it makes it, or point it at an image and it reads the data out.

Yarvet

Price sync with the Yarvet service, and product export to Excel.

What is not a module

Some things are part of Coready for everyone and have no switch:

your catalog, orders, customers and files
your team and their roles
your plan and its limits

Studio, the storefront editor, is also not a module — it comes with your plan rather than a toggle. If your plan includes it you will see it in the sidebar; if not, it appears greyed out with a lock so you can see what upgrading would give you. See Studio.

One thing worth knowing: if your plan changes or your subscription lapses, your shop stays online. You lose the ability to edit it, not the site itself.

Asking for something that is not here

Modules exist because a shop asked for them. If you need an integration with a system we do not support yet, tell us — it is usually the fastest route to getting it.
