What you can do
Coready runs the operational side of a shop: your catalog, your orders, your customers, your content and the storefront they all feed. This page is a tour of what is there, so you know what you already have before you go looking for it.
Catalog
Products carry a name, description, code and article number, prices, images, stock and whatever extra fields you define yourself. Each one can be linked to a manufacturer, a country of origin, a supplier and any number of categories.
Categories nest as deeply as you need, and a product can sit in several while still having one primary category — the one used for its breadcrumb on the storefront.
Manufacturers are a directory of the brands you carry, with contact details if you keep them.
Options are how one product covers many choices: size, colour, finish, material. Options come in a few shapes — a table, radio buttons, checkboxes or a dropdown — and each value can adjust the price and carry its own stock. Quantity breaks let the price fall as the order gets larger.
If you are unsure whether something should be a separate product or an option on an existing one, Running your catalog walks through how to decide.
Orders and customers
Orders keep a record of exactly what was bought, including which options the customer chose, at the price they were charged at the time. Each order can be linked to a customer and to a counterparty — the company or person you invoice — and counterparties hold both company and individual details.
Countries and currencies
Keep a directory of countries for shipping and origin, and enable the currencies you sell in. One currency is marked as the one your books are kept in.
Files and images
Upload product and category images, and reuse them anywhere across your store. Everything you upload stays in one place, so you can find and remove images without hunting through products.
Your team
Invite colleagues and give each one a role: a manager works day to day in the catalog and orders, an admin can also change settings and manage the team.
One person can belong to more than one company and switch between them from the account menu without signing out again — useful for agencies looking after several shops.
The admin panel is available in English, Russian and German, and remembers each person's choice.
AI assistance
Describe a change in plain language and the assistant makes it — rewriting a description, filling in missing fields, tidying a batch of products. It can also read data out of an image you upload, which saves retyping a supplier's spec sheet.
Each person on your team gets their own monthly allowance of AI credits, which renews every month. How many depends on your plan — a bigger plan gives each person more. You can see your balance, what you have spent it on and when it renews from the credits chip at the top of the screen.
If someone runs out mid-month, an admin can buy extra credits for that person alone — 50 credits for €5, valid 30 days. They are spent only after that person's free allowance, so nothing included goes to waste first.
Your storefront
Your shop's public site is part of Coready: pages, blogs and product lists are edited in Studio, and your customers sign in with a code sent to their email rather than yet another password to remember. You can serve the storefront on your own domain, in more than one language.
Plans and modules
Your plan sets how many products, customers and colleagues you can have. You can see your usage and renewal date at any time — see Plans and limits.
Optional features are switched on per shop as modules: integrations, bulk tools and extras that not every shop needs. See Modules for what is available.
